QSP-06-5G	Valid on PO's issued between March 30th, 2009 and December 31, 2009.
QSP-06-5H	Effective on PO's issued on January 1, 2010 and and February 14, 2010.
QSP-06-5J	Effective on PO's issued on February 15, 2010 and after.
