The Atlas® product line includes two basic types of threaded rivet nut products. The Atlas SpinTite® product line includes a variety of inserts which satisfy most applications where strong one side thread installation is required. In addition, Atlas offers the MaxTite® brand of rivet nut products which are generally thicker headed and heavier walled for the most demanding high performance applications. SpinTite® Fasteners Half-Hex Shank Low Profile Head Series Bulletin AE    (Page 8) Features a hex body design. Improved torque-out resistance. Easy to install using spin/spin tooling. Able to be installed after finish. AEL Low-Profile Head Bulletin AE   (Page 6-7) SpinTite Rib-wall Low-profile and Minimized-profile Head Feature a large diameter, low-profile head and Knurled shank. Offers highest all around strength. AEK Minimized-Profile Head Same as the AEL but with a minimized-profile head. Allows near-flush installations with no need for special hole preparations such as countersinking or dimpling. Thin-Wall Low Profile Head Series Bulletin AE  (Page 9) Features a low profile head design. Achieves flush installations with no need for countersink drilling or dimpling of the parent material. 360° Swaging Low-Profile Head Series Bulletin AE   (Page 12) Works in any thickness over .029" /0.76 mm including blind hole. High resistance to torque out. Minimal backside protrusion for restricted space applications. Blind Threaded Studs Bulletin AE  (Page 10-11) Provide strong external threads in blind applications. All surfaces are plated for superior corrosion resistance.   MaxTite® Fasteners (Rivet Nuts) Heavy Duty Series Bulletin AE (Page 18-21) Designed for high load applications. Thread sizes 440 - 1/2" and M3-M12. Countersunk feature allow fastener to be installed flush with the surface of the sheet. Available with rib or key features for high torque application. Full-Hex Bulletin AE (Page 22) Feature a full hex body design. High torque-out resistance. Easy to install using spin/pull tooling.
